The Focus is easily the best car Ford has made in a long time It handles brilliantly, the engines are very good, and it is extremely reliable Having previously owned a 1.8 Focus, I would recommend that you buy a 1.8 rather than a 1.6 because the difference in performance is greater than you might expect In the 3 years I have owned Focuses, I have not had any major problems; although have had a few minor niggling problems I have tried several Ford dealerships in northern England and Scotland, and all the ones tried are appalling at best. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The worst being one in Tayside Despite the Focus being a wonderful car, I will not be buying another Ford simply because I have had enough of the awful service I get whenever I take my car in But if you have found a Ford dealership that is good, and then by all means, buy a Focus, you wont be disappointed. |
