This Ford Zetec 1.6 petrol is a very good all round car but it has developed a problem which is very annoying When pulling out of junctions of pulling away at low speeds the car feels completely lacking in power. It dies even if you rev the engine before dropping or slipping the clutch. I previously had a 1.8 which had strong performance but the 1.6 with 100 hp just 15 less than the 1.8 should perform almost identically at low speed but just doesnt the car is due for service on Friday. Does anyone know what is causing this problem so I can get it fixed? |
