This car has to be said goes like a rocket after about 4500 rpm for the engine size, (I wonder what the 1.8 version feels like?). Very smooth engine and gearbox and smooth ride, although 1st gear is noisy Very reliable and fairly easy to service yourself. For 10 ltrs of petrol you get about 70-85 miles in town and 120miles on motorway Use bosch spark plugs with 4 prongs and you get good economy plus more power. You can feel the VTEC kick in at around 40mph and this car feels like a 1.8. Great to drive and hopefully will keep as long as I can. |
