I too have had severe problems with clutch judder with a Fiat Punto 53 plate -- 3 clutch replacements in 5k miles; my dealer is useless and burying their head in the sand; finally my dealer has replaced vehicle with a 54 plate at no cost Pester Fiat, pester your dealer -- this clutch judder problem is NOT fixed by the redesigned clutch (in my experience). Too early to say whether new car is going the same way.
