In the past I had the occasion to praise my previous Punto. Now I realise why the majority of your contributors are negative. My new Punto stopped the first day I got it After a few months it stopped again. Although it has a two-year guarantee the agent did not even bother to acknowledge my many letters sent to the company. How is that for a new car and Customer Relationship Neighbours, to pull my leg, tell me "try down hill - it might move."
