Bought new and was fine for 10K, then over the next 50K it needed the following work New brakes all round after only 20K, new rear suspension assembly after only 25K. Clutch, head gasket, and exhaust after 30K, new brake pipes after 35K New heater matrix at 38K and to top all of that when the CV joint started to rumble, on inspection I discovered that it had left the factory with nylon cable ties holding the CV boot in position where there should have been metal bands Of course Fiat after sales were the chocolate teapot that we all know and hate. This is not only the worst car I have ever bought it is the worst car I have ever heard about. I would never buy another Fiat for as long as I live. |
