Do not buy this car unless you are prepared to go to a Vauxhall garage every week for a new spare wheel, that will be constantly stolen Vauxhall will tell you that, "the spare conforms to European safety regulations". It’s not safety that we are taking about here, its security My main worry would be that you might not even know that the spare has been stolen until you come to use it. This car is sold as a family car and can you imagine a mother and her two (or more) children travelling home late one winters night in the rain finding out that she has a puncture and no spare tyre because its been stolen There is a solution to this problem but its not provided by Vauxhall. They sell cars and after that you are on your own. Oh, and if you try and get a replacement spare at your local Vauxhall dealer you will find there is a large queue of people waiting for spares on back order. Thank you so much Vauxhall. |
