Regarding the stolen spare wheel situations The other comments here was useful regarding the K-Lok. I rang Vauxhall customer care line 01582 427200 and was told they have made a policy decision that they will not contribute to the cost of this and you have to claim off your insurance I now have to pay £100 for a wheel and tyre, £40 for the K-Lok and £60 labour to fit it Vauxhall did not agree it was a design fault. They said this is not a major problem when you consider the number of Zafiras on the road and it is unfortunate that there is a small minority of thieves around.
