One year on and I have to say the Zafira is running very well, and the combination of a big boot and torquey diesel make it perfect for continental camping holidays. Oil consumption is not significant, but fuel economy is not that good for a diesel. The cutting out was cured by replacing the fuel injection system. My only gripe now is the blind spot caused by the driver’s side pillar.
