I had three years of trouble free motoring, it never missed a beat and had over 50k on the clock when I changed to another Honda. The unusual position of the gear stick allows a good deal of free floor space in the front, and is very easy to get used to, feels very natural. The 1600 was very responsive, and the acceleration was exceptional for its size. It was a bit of a pain to let the seat down, to allow more space in the hatch, you had to remove the headrests, pull up the rear seats and then fold down the back of the seats. A pain to do, that Honda could do to improve on. That said, whilst not the most exciting of drives, but for functionality, comfort, reliability and trouble free motoring, it should be seriously considered. |
