Failed recent MOT due to badly corroded brake pipes. A look under the car confirmed this. Seems unreasonable for the age of the car and especially after a full Network Q check only 12 months ago.
<br>Have an intermittent problem with the engine loosing power and the warning light coming on for about 10 seconds before the engine picks up again. this only happens on a long run on motorway or similar roads at speed over 60mph. Dealer has renewed the O2 sensor and also claimed the catalytic converter was causing the problem and should be changed at a cost of ?£450.00!
