This has to be the worst car Ive ever been in! It was horrible to drive for one thing. This point i could live with, the fact that it was back at the dealers within two weeks of collecting my brand new car was a disgrace. The dealership said that i had no choice than to fix the car, could not exchange or have a refund (this i now know to be a lie!). To add insult to injury the car went back two weeks after that and then at least once a month for the next year. The dealership was useless, no-one was interested in anything that i had to say. The faults on my car range from niggle irritating ones to major ones. In the space of owning the car for 18 months the car had, 2 new clutches, 1 water pump, 1 fan belt, 1 ECU (engine management system, so Im told!). Plus constantly having to have the door locks re-grease because they always used to seize up, constant tweaking with the rear suspension and the horn never worked for most of the time I owned the car. Fiat head office have no interest in any of its customers and will ignore them constantly. After a very long and hard battle with the Berkshire dealer they eventually agreed to replace the car with a Ford Fiesta LX. Of which I couldnt be happier and havent and wont be going near another Fiat garage again. EVER!
